Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – $26/hour starting | Sherwood, AR

• Obtain vital signs (temperature, heart rate, pulse oximetry, blood pressure, and weight)
• Insert saline locks
• Assist with both basic and advanced cardiac life support
• Perform EKGs
• Assist with pelvic exams
• Apply sterile dressings
• Remove sutures or staples
• Cleansing and irrigating wounds
• Administer oral medications
• Give injections via intramuscular, subcutaneous, intravenous, and intradermal routes
• Apply splints including volar, thumb spica, ulnar gutter, and posterior leg splints
• Perform venipuncture
• Initiate routine lab tests
• Swab mucous membranes for cultures
• Administer and read TB skin tests
• Support referrals and documentation as needed
• Maintain flexibility, including cross-training and stepping in where needed to support the team and patient flow while aligning with the mission and values

Full-time, 12-hour shifts - 8a to 8p. Rotating Saturdays - 8a to 4p. Starting pay is $26/hour depending on experience.
