Float Nurse

** Job Summary and Responsibilities*
* As an RN on our Float Pool team cent, you will bring your clinical expertise to provide exceptional patient care across multiple units.

You'll build trust in these interactions by presenting a positive attitude and by being reliable. Your success in this role comes from your knowledge to provide care to various disease processes in a variety of situations ranging from minor to critical while being able to consistently remain calm and positive.

+ Provide care for patients coming into the area of competency

+ Administer medications accurately and safely

+ Thoroughly complete proper documentation for patients treated.

* + Unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the State of Arkansas

+ One (1) Year Of Experience In Critical Care environment required

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA)

+ Additional certifications (like ACLS and PALS) may be required, depending on unit assignments
