Recruit, hire and train employees; conduct performance evaluations; counsel or terminate as needed;
Ensure store is properly staffed and opened/closed each day, including opening at least twice and closing at least twice per week;

Manage inventory and stock replenishment to meet targets; review ordering plans weekly;
Maintain store presentation, pricing, signage, and overall cleanliness; ensure customer service leadership and a safe environment.
