Abby Road Sherwood, located at 3920 E Kiehl Ave #1, Sherwood, AR 72120, is looking for an Experienced Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, punctual and engaged.

This is a fulltime position with expected hours between 40-42 hours per week. Shift lengths can vary and overtime is often available.

• Opening and closing stores
• Maintains scheduling commitments
• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering assistance
• Assist customers by asking questions and showing them products
• Educate customers by providing accurate information on our products
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; correctly processing cash, credit cards and store gift cards
• Use good judgment to solve customer service issues, product issues and when processing a return
• Merchandizing, stocking and cleaning

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Reliable Transportation and Valid Drivers License
• Open Availability Monday thru Sunday
• Retail Experience
• Vape and Smoke Shop product knowledge
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Neat and clean appearance suitable for a retail environment
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Able to problem solve as issues arise
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and during downtime
