Responsibilities

OBXtek is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant at Scott AFB in Illinois.

This position will be part of an on-site support team for the day-to-day operations and management support. Tasks involved will entail the following:

  • Performs various functions and special projects relating to the administration of executive support
    - Based on good management practices and administrative processes, advises on the support in operations, personnel, and resource management
  • Screens incoming communications including correspondence, calls, messages and visitors
  • Conducts independent research, studies, analyses, evaluations, and assessments for coordinating staff actions andmaking appropriate recommendations
  • Nature of the work is sensitive and sometimes controversial that requires the individual to have the full trust and confidence of the customer
  • M sustains knowledge and awareness of the customer's views, goals, and procedures in carrying out assignments independently
  • Undertakes critical and sensitive studies on any aspect of the office support functions or programs, providing critical background information, assessments, and recommendations for policy decisions
  • Stays thoroughly informed on the missions, organizational structure, key personnel, status of current projects, along with any issue of responsibility for the customer
Qualifications

CLEARANCE: SECRET

Mission support and admin functions as directed by customer.
