Job Description

The Senior Organizational Change Analyst/Consultant plays a pivotal role in leading and managing large-scale OCM initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role involves applying advanced OCM theories and models to develop comprehensive change management plans, conducting in-depth stakeholder analyses, and assessing the impact of proposed changes. The Senior Analyst/Consultant collaborates with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective change implementation.

This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive successful organizational change.

  • Must reside within a 50‑mile radius of Scott Air Force Base (Scott AFB), IL, and be onsite 3 days a week for recurring meetings.
Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to analyze data sources, identify the best sources for stakeholder information, and establish and maintain relationships with key points of contact.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders and gain a working knowledge of the organization’s business operations, objectives, and industry context to align change initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Analyze the impact of proposed changes on various aspects of the organization, including processes, systems, culture, and people.
  • Execute a plan to collect and update stakeholder information, establish mechanisms to collect feedback for ensuring ongoing data accuracy and relevance, and adjust the plan for effective change management strategy.
  • Coordinate with the client and other Organizational Change Management (OCM) representatives to ensure stakeholder information is consistently reviewed and updated.
  • Assist in articulating requirements for the Stakeholder Management Tool to align with stakeholder needs.
  • Support the development, testing, and training activities related to the stakeholder management tool and coordinate with a training specialist to develop training objectives that meet OCM needs.
  • Support OCM process and oversee the development of OCM plans and other project deliverables (roadmap, communications plan, training plan, strategy, etc.).
  • Help identify and support key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the change initiative.
  • Track progress and provide regular reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support pre- and post-implementation surveys and the data collection, analysis, and reporting of results.
  • Ensure tool compliance with Government data categorization and protection standards.
  • Apply OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter’s 8‑Step Model, Lewin’s Change Management Model) to develop and implement OCM assessments and strategies.
  • Work with training specialists to define training objectives and support the delivery of tailored training programs for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management, consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives.
  • Federal consulting experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey the purpose and benefits of change, as well as to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter’s 8‑step Model, Lewin’s Change Management Model).
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback, identifying trends, and making recommendations to refine OCM strategies; understanding of human behavior, motivation, and group dynamics in the context of change.
  • Understanding of stakeholder needs, concerns, and influence within their organization.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Eligibility for Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information, providing reports, and creating dashboards.
  • Preferred candidates with federal experience.
  • Experience with Service Now.
  • Advanced change management certifications (e.g., Prosci Change Management Advanced Practitioner, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent).
