Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
• Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
• Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and highlight the benefits of switching to the employer's services
• Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services

• Proactive approach to customer interactions
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
• Three to six months of related experience and/or training required
• Associate's degree or higher preferred

• Experience in customer service or sales within the telecommunications industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide tailored solutions
• Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
