At The Lash Lounge we pride ourselves on our proprietary training approach to healthy lash extensions which focuses on the health and care of our guests natural lashes. The Lash Lounge offers a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more.

We are looking for a a Dynamic Professional Stylist who loves giving women confidence through lash extensions and other services we provide. Our Professional Stylists enjoy working with other like-minded stylists and possess the ability to work well with others while simultaneously being able to sell memberships and make the guest want to return. Our Professional Stylists understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions, are highly motivated, mature, friendly and responsible!

Lastly, our stylists enjoy a fun and jovial work environment and take part in our team building events..

• MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND STERILE WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive Lash Lounge after care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high quality and consistent professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral program.
• Work under the direct supervision of a Manager, Trainer, or supervisor

• Active or soon to possess a Missouri Cosmetology or Esthetics license
