The Lash Lounge Shiloh is one of three family owned growing salons in the St. Louis area and are part of the most successful lash extension franchise in the United States with over 130 locations. We offer a complete menu of services including Lash Extensions, Perming, Tinting, Threading, Brow Laminations and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guest's natural lashes (We call it Lash Integrity) and brows.

Lashes and brows are our focus which is why we do not do nails, hair, tanning or any other beauty treatemen. Lashes and brows is what we do best. The Assistant Manager reports directly to the Manager and the owner. The Assistant Manager position is a high-profile leadership position responsible for the salon's overall coordination, and operational success. The Assistant Manager supports the Manager to ensure the salon meets or exceeds financial goals while providing remarkable leadership in areas of customer service, team member relations, sales, and member retention. The Assistant Manager provides direct daily support to their team and offers ongoing leadership, motivation, and staff development.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for coaching, communication, alignment, and holding their Lash Lounge team to the salon expectations. The Assistant Manager will also act as the salon ambassador to provide each member an unforgettable experience as well as attend local events to improve our brand and recruit personnel.

• Encourage and support a "drama free" salon
• Hours include evenings and weekends
• Reports Directly to the Manager
• Assists with the daily operations of the salon
• Smoothly operate the salon in the Manager's absence
• Supports compliance with Salon protocols and best practices
• Maximize sales and membership participation
• Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively
• Provide daily support to team members
• Coach and develop team members
• Ensure each guest has a unforgettable and consistent luxury experience
• Be phone and text responsible after hours, if needed
• Support the Manager with the hiring and onboarding of new employees.

• Be self supervised
• Be phone and text responsible after hours if needed
• Front Desk experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Weekly inventory report
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Exceptional telephone skills as well as dealing with guests in person
• Ability to call guests with professional phone etiquette
• Supervision and/or management experience a plus
• Appointment and point of sale software experience is a plus!
