Trace Systems is actively looking for qualified professionals for current and future opportunities across multiple Network Operation Centers (NOC’s). This requisition is intended for sourcing purposes and to identify candidates for future openings. This position is part of a pipeline, meaning it is not currently open but may become available soon.

Salary basis. The anticipated annualized compensation range: $42,000 to $85,000 for a full‑time schedule. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications and applicable laws.

• Provide technical, operational, or programmatic support within assigned functional area
• Install, configure, maintain, and/or troubleshoot Cisco and Juniper networks
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability, reliability, and security
• Support implementation of new technologies and system enhancements
• Analyze and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to support mission requirements
• Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and system configurations
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and security requirements

• Active, in‑scope US Government issued Secret clearance
• 2+ years of relevant experience in IT networking
• Cisco command line experience
• Current DoD‑8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent)
• Experience with network monitoring tools
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Network+, CCNA, etc.)
• Experience supporting DoD or government environments
• Juniper command line experience
• Prior experience in a similar role or operational environment

• High School Diploma or GED
