Project Manager 80k-90k/year Scott AFB - Onsite core hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm Secret Clearance Required

Marathon TS is looking for a Project Manager II that supports the DoD by providing reliable coordination and administrative project support that enables senior leadership to make informed decisions and maintain execution discipline. This role ensures schedules, actions, and deliverables are tracked accurately and that coordination across certain branches and contracts is consistent and dependable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, working groups, and schedules in support of program activities.
  • Track action items, milestones, and deliverables to ensure commitments are visible and met.
  • Prepare and maintain status reports and administrative documentation for leadership review.
  • Support integration and coordination across certain branches and multiple supporting contracts.
  • Maintain organized project records and ensure information is accessible and current.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Active SECRET security clearance.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of project coordination or administrative project support experience.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting DoD acquisition or IT programs.
  • Familiarity with government portfolio management, task tracking, or workflow tools.
