Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient’s condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patients in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
- Active Illinois Nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Salary: $30 - $35 per hour
