Registered Nurse – ICU

Shiloh, Illinois. Unit:
Memorial Shiloh ICU. Full‑time night shift. Ongoing staff position with competitive pay, shift differential, BSN differential, and eligibility for the BJC RN Career Ladder program.

• Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families about illness management and medication administration.
• Participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Assesses and evaluates physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients.
• Performs critical care procedures such as central venous catheter insertion, arterial line placement, and monitoring of advanced cardiac support devices.
• Responds to code blues and emergency events within the ICU.
• Maintains constant state of alertness in a safety‑sensitive environment.

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree and active RN license.
• No prior professional experience required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current ICU experience.
