Hemodialysis RN Career Opportunity

Encompass Health seeks a Hemodialysis RN to provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis, supervise treatments, conduct assessments, develop personalized care plans, and educate nursing staff on dialysis standards of care.

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Educate nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and standards of care.

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (training available).
• Minimum 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
