Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative goals, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Participates in promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree in Nursing; RN license required.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, demonstrating alertness and safety awareness.

Additional Requirements: Experience in Operating Room (OR) preferred. This role supports perioperative services for surgical and gastroenterology patients, handling inpatient and outpatient care.
