We are part of a network of over 130 locations in the United States that offers a complete menu of services including Eye Lash Extensions, Lash Perming, Brow and Lash Tinting, Threading, just to name a few. We lash with INTEGRITY!! We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Concierge/Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on sales while providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships, and packages (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients.

- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person, phone or text
- Represent the salon and improve overall sales
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Attend monthly employee meeting/training
- 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Full/part time
- Open availability to work weekends, mornings and evenings throughout the year
- Experience with Mind Body Software is a plus!
- Experience with Lash Extensions are a plus!
Hourly wage + Commission
- Personal Time Off after 6 months with an average of 26 hours a week.
