Job Responsibilities- This location is open 7 days per week; candidates must have full 7‑day availability.
- Proficient in products, services, and routine transactions; identify opportunities to educate customers and refer to appropriate team members or internal partners while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain broad knowledge of the full product suite, services, and processes of the business area; operations at low to moderate complexity/risk.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships by displaying product knowledge, actively listening, and engaging in additional conversation to identify additional needs, offering solutions or partner referrals.
- Make product recommendations based on customer needs, highlighting features and benefits that support customers through challenges, save time and money, and exceed expectations.
- Utilize customer relationship management tools to assess customers, identify solutions, and conduct lead‑focused outbound sales activities.
- Independently resolve customer issues, errors, and problems, escalating when necessary.
- Build working relationships with customers and explain detailed or complicated information; full proficiency achieved through job‑related training.
- Participate in customer outreach, servicing, and advice activities to deliver on our unexpectedly human promise.
- Engage in conversations about loan products and facilitate the application intake.
- Maintain an active registration status with NMLS.
- Deliver Legendary experience by building relationships and providing service and advice.
- Support the bank’s Customer Service Strategy and deliver end‑to‑end advice.
- Advocate for customers with proactive insights and recommendations.
- Execute behaviors to deliver Legendary customer experience in the store.
- Act as a brand champion internally and externally.
- Recognize transaction needs and educate clients on self‑service options.
- Turn each banking transaction into a personalized interaction.
- HS Diploma or GED.
- 1+ year experience working with customers and/or sales, or equivalent demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience.
- Preferred: teller experience, ability to complete teller training upon hire, engagement in customer conversations, organization skills, communication skills, scheduling and prioritization skills, independent work, sound judgment, problem solving, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
