• 5x 8-hour shifts (8:30AM to 4:30PM) with rotating weekends and holidays
• Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, and a defined pension plan
• Education reimbursement of $5,250 annually
• Competitive salary range of $94,000.00 to $ per year

• Review patient charts and medical history
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Teach therapeutic exercises and stretches
• Use hands‑on therapy to promote healing
• Maintain patient records and adapt treatment plans accordingly
• Work closely with a supportive patient care team
• Provide patient and family education for health promotion
• Provide care to the utmost standard

• New York State PT license
• Valid New York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Basic Life Support Certification

USD $94,000.00 - USD $ /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
