Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN; Suffolk

Alvita Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for immediate openings throughout Suffolk County
. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and professional nurses who are committed to providing high-quality care to our clients.
Flexible availability and drivers are preferred.

Flexible Scheduling:

• Hourly positions available
• Initial visits available
• Per diem availability
• Minimum case length: 4 hours
• We work with your availability
• Immediate cases available throughout Suffolk County

• Valid New York State LPN license required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, professional, and patient-centered
• Must maintain professionalism in all written and verbal communications
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain them
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred
• High-acuity home care experience preferred
• Drivers preferred
• Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form
• Must successfully complete the Alvita Care onboarding process before accepting cases

• Competitive pay: $40–$45/hour
