Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns;
Support access control activities by monitoring entrances, checking credentials when required, and reporting unauthorized persons and/or suspicious behavior;
Assist with healthcare location protocols by helping manage visitor activity, observing high-traffic areas, and relaying security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel
