AAA East Central is seeking a Trainee for the Travel Agency to prepare for a Travel Agent role. You will learn to sell international and domestic travel, manage client relationships, and maintain high service levels while protecting client data.
The position provides hands-on experience, opportunity for promotion to a Travel Agent based on performance, and exposure to a range of travel products and systems. Training includes using Apollo/Viewpoint and other tools in a customer‑facing role.
