A vibrant early years setting in Southwick is looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Teaching Assistant. This full-time position involves assisting the lead teacher, supporting children's learning and development, and maintaining a safe and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a nursery setting, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
