What You’ll Actually Do
  • Customer Service:
    Provide polite customer service to residents, staff, and the broader community.
  • Communication:
    Answer phone calls and respond to basic inquiries or direct callers to appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Document Management:
    Perform routine tasks such as filing, scanning, and proofreading various documents.
  • Data Management:
    Execute word processing, data entry, spreadsheet preparation, run reports, and input or retrieve information in databases.
  • Office Support:
    Operate standard office equipment including personal computers, telephones, fax machines, and copiers.
The Must‑Haves
  • Background:
    Recent High School graduate OR current student or recent graduate from a college/university program in Business, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Prior clerical and/or customer service experience. Basic experience with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Skills:

    Strong written and verbal communication skills; exceptional customer service with a focus on professional excellence; strong organizational skills including prioritizing, attention to detail, and time management; ability to work independently and collaboratively; ability to work effectively and positively with individuals of diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
