• $75,000–$125,000 annually with performance incentives

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 am–5:30 pm (4‑day work focus!)
• Friday: 7:30 am–11:30 am (early start to your weekend)

In this Automotive Technician role, you’ll start your day inspecting vehicles and using diagnostic equipment to track down mechanical, electrical, and system issues, solving problems others might miss. Throughout the day, you’ll handle everything from routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and filter replacements to more complex repairs involving brakes, engines, transmissions, and suspension systems. You’ll test drive vehicles to ensure everything runs exactly as it should, perform detailed inspections, and communicate clearly with service advisors while documenting your work.

We ask that you meet the following requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a professional automotive technician (flexible for the right candidate)
• Valid WA State driver’s license with a good driving record
• Basic computer/keyboard skills
• Strong communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Personal tools and toolbox
• Team‑oriented mindset

Preferred:

• ASE Master Certification
• Completion of an Automotive Technology or trade school program
