The Seattle YMCA is seeking a full-time, onsite BASE program instructor in Shoreline, WA. You will guide elementary-age participants through sports, arts, STEM, and other hands-on activities, supporting a positive, safe learning environment and teamwork.
You will assist the program supervisor, lead Play Everyday activities 2–4 days, and help with check-ins, snack service, and coordinating with school staff. Competitive hourly pay $22.00–$25.00 DOE, benefits, and PTO included.
