Position: Casino Shift Manager - Crazy Moose Casino Mountlake Terrace

Description

We are searching for a Casino Shift Manager
. The Casino Shift Manager is responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with approved policies and procedures, while directing staff in accordance with corporate policies and objectives.
Must be 21 years of age or older.

Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00/Hour DOE

How You'll Succeed

In this role you will:

  • Minimum 6 months experience preferred.
  • Oversee the efficient operation of all table games on a particular shift.
  • Ensure the training and equitable treatment of all casino staff.
  • Promote positive guest relations.
  • Create a fun atmosphere for all guests.
  • In the absence of the Assistant General Manager, responsible for the overall casino operations.
  • Knowledge of all Washington State Gaming Laws and Regulations as well as the Company’s Internal Controls, policies and procedures.
  • Schedule dealers, with approval of the Assistant General Manager.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need to have previous Gaming experience and knowledge that includes:

Working knowledge of the State of Washington Gambling regulations and rules preferred.

  • Supervisory experience in Food & Beverage preferred
  • Must have strong customer service skills and be able to work varied hours and shifts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all times, with all levels of employees and guests.
  • Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all staff by setting positive examples.
  • Retain staff through involvement in training and development.
  • Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
  • Ability to speak, read and write English.
