Floor Supervisor-Shoreline

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily gaming operations on the casino floor to ensure a safe, compliant and guest-focused environment. The supervisor monitors table games, supports dealers and floor staff, and ensures adherence to all gaming regulations and company policies. Additionally, the floor supervisor ensures that the game(s) are dealt and that collections are taken in accordance with policies, procedures and Class III regulations, and notifies the Shift supervisor of any irregularities or notes in customer play or other transactions.

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for implementing procedures, monitoring performance of personnel to ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations in accordance with the Fortune Casino internal controls and the rules and procedures of the appropriate games.

• Understand Pai Gow, Baccarat, High Card Flush, 21
• Oversee the operations and conduct of Table games and make table decisions as necessary
• Prepare and submit player rating information
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard‑free work environment within area of responsibility
• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned
• Control the games while assuring the Fortune Table Game rules and regulations are followed
• Promote positive customer relations, answer questions on Table Game Room rules and regulations, remain abreast of entertainment and other general information
• Resolve customer disputes or refer them to the Table Game Shift Manager as deemed appropriate
• Assure overall cleanliness and comfort level of assigned area
• Promote superior customer service
• Execute other duties deemed necessary

• Able to obtain a Washington State Gambling License upon hire
• Previous dealing experience or formal training course completion required

Hourly Rate $31.00
