Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Full-Time Employee Position

Northwest Family Chiropractic & Massage is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing chiropractic and massage practice in Shoreline, Washington.

This is a full‑time employee position with an established chiropractic office that provides the administrative and operational support needed for you to focus on patient care. We handle scheduling, payment collection, linens, supplies, treatment room setup, and equipment so you can concentrate on delivering excellent clinical outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for documentation, treatment planning, and managing massage therapy clients to achieve the best possible outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and patient care. Opportunities exist to collaborate and co‑manage patients with our chiropractors while maintaining autonomy in your massage therapy treatment plans.

• Current Washington State Massage Therapist License
• Minimum of 2 years of professional massage therapy experience
• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program
• Current professional liability (malpractice) insurance
• Ability to provide professional references
• Must successfully pass a background check

• Deep Tissue Massage
• Myofascial Release Techniques
• Pregnancy/Prenatal Massage

• Starting pay: $50 per massage hour
• Opportunity for performance‑based raises

• 15‑minute turnover time built into the schedule between clients

• Monday through Thursday
