Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapist Job in Shoreline, WA
Prevail Physical Therapy is hiring for an Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapist job in Shoreline, WA, and we’re looking for someone who wants to build real expertise, not just keep pace with a full schedule. Founded in 2017 as a PT-owned outpatient practice, Prevail was built around a simple belief: clinicians do their best work when they have the time and support to grow into specialists, not just see more patients.
Whether you’re a new graduate looking for guidance or an experienced PT ready to sharpen a specialty, you’ll find a team here that’s genuinely invested in your development.
At Prevail, professional growth isn’t left to chance. You’ll have access to structured mentorship, paid monthly clinical education, physician-led in-services, and peer mentoring, along with protected time built into your schedule for learning rather than squeezed in around it. That support extends into hands‑on specialty training in areas like running and walking gait analysis, focused shockwave therapy, dry needling, blood flow restriction training, custom foot orthoses, and biomechanical bike fitting, so you can keep expanding your clinical toolkit well past your first few years in practice.
New graduates are welcomed here, and the team takes real pride in helping them build careers, not just fill positions. Because compensation is based on hours worked rather than patient volume, you’re not weighing a mentorship session or a longer evaluation against your paycheck. Experienced clinicians who join Prevail have room to go deeper too, whether that means developing a bone health and strength program or consulting with colleagues in-house and across outside networks on a complex case.
APractice Built Around Movement, Not Just Treatment
Prevail’s clinicians work from a 2,000+ square foot open gym alongside private treatment rooms, using tools like the AlterG Anti‑Gravity Treadmill to support recovery for a patient population that ranges from recreational athletes to Olympians, weekend warriors to active older adults. Every visit is 45 minutes, one‑on‑one, with no double‑booking and no PT aides delivering patient care, so your pay is based on the hours you work rather than the volume of patients you move through.
That structure reflects a practice philosophy rooted in team development, service innovation, and genuine community involvement, built by clinicians who wanted a different way to practice orthopedic and sports PT.
You’ll spend your days evaluating and treating orthopedic and sports medicine patients, building individualized plans alongside a collaborative team of PTs and a PTA, and helping people get back to the activities that matter to them, whether that’s a marathon, a recreational soccer league, or simply keeping up with grandkids. It’s the kind of day‑to‑day that comes from a clinic built by clinicians, for clinicians, rather than a schedule driven by productivity targets.
