The Grants and Partnerships Manager supports World Concern’s grant acquisition and donor reporting efforts by coordinating proposal and reporting processes to ensure all related grants development activities are well organized, effectively coordinated, are of the highest quality, and are completed on time. The position serves as World Concern’s primary liaison with partner countries, strengthening grant management, policy compliance, communication, reporting, risk mitigation, and adoption and ensuring the implementation of best practices across partnerships.

The role also supports country partners in program and strategic planning to advance spiritual integration and transformational development goals.
