Gentiva Hospice is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide hands-on hospice care in patients' homes, assisted living, or facilities. You will support patients and families under RN supervision and contribute to individualized care plans.
Requires a valid LPN/LVN license, 2–5 years hospice/home health experience, and CPR certification. Travel between patient sites is expected while delivering quality end-of-life care.
