What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca‑Cola? The role ensures all Swire Coca‑Cola customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards, maintaining back‑rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability. Merchandisers develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca‑Cola.

Schedule:

5:30 am – 2:00 pm (overtime and weekends required).
Pay: $22.41 – $29.13 /hour. This is a seasonal role starting April 1 to September 15, with potential for full‑time transition.

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment
• Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves, ensuring labels face outward for easy identification
• Rotate products using a first‑in, first‑out system to maintain quality
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store according to supervisor instructions and schedules
• Maintain and organize back‑rooms/back‑stock areas safely; prepare unfit credited product for return daily
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy
• Must be able to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your route and maintain business‑use vehicle insurance (transporting our products is not your responsibility)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs

Base pay range is $22.41 – $29.13 /hour. Pay offered will depend on geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. After a conditional offer, candidates must complete pre‑employment screening: criminal background check, drug screening, and, for certain roles, a motor vehicle record review. Results are evaluated fairly in accordance with state and federal laws.
