2nd Grade Teacher

St. Odilia School is seeking a full-time 2nd grade teacher beginning in the 2026-27 academic year. We are looking for a teacher who is excited to teach 2nd‑grade students and to bring joy and a love of learning to these young children. The ideal candidate will have excellent classroom management skills and be able to motivate students toward academic excellence.

• Helping to prepare 2nd graders for the Sacraments of 1st Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.
• Taking pride in their job as a Catholic school teacher.
• Providing an environment where students are engaged and seek to understand and want to continually show effort to improve and do well.
• Participating as a member of our community in workshops, staff development opportunities, and committee responsibilities.
