The Senior Engineering Project Manager will oversee the scope, schedule, and budget of highly complex engineered projects that help PAR deliver premier custom automation solutions. From robotic advanced manufacturing systems to fully automated assembly systems, the work you do will ensure the wellbeing of our customers around the world.

You’ll lead a multi‑disciplined team of engineers, technicians, and others through design, assembly, and testing of custom projects. You will be the primary customer contact, driving communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving across the entire project lifecycle. You will oversee contract compliance, change orders, and delivery, ensuring joint success and generating new growth opportunities at a global scale. You’ll support continuous improvement of processes and execution, applying lessons learned to enhance future proposals and productivity.

Our starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $125,000–$145,000 annually and is bonus eligible.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other technical area preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in an engineering or project manager role, preferably in a project‑based engineering organization.
• Knowledge of how large‑scale engineering projects are scheduled and executed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools,eness with experience in MS Project preferred.
• Well‑developed communication skills and the ability to maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with teams.
• Able  travel up to 20% of the time.
