Financial Planning Specialist

Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Case Central, which delivers high-quality financial planning reports and case design for our Financial Services Professionals.

• Gather, analyze, and summarize financial information provided by Financial Services Professionals
• Create financial planning reports and run product illustrations as instructed
• Work to become a resource for our Financial Services Professionals regarding our software, our products, and key financial planning concepts
• Provide case redesign based on progression of case/appointment process
• Manage communication among parties involved, including Case Central team members, Gradient team members (including internal stakeholders) and the Financial Services Professional
• Establish relationships with Financial Services Professionals and cross-functional Gradient employees

• High School Diploma or GED – Required
• Previous customer service experience – Preferred
• Previous financial services industry experience – Preferred
• Basic knowledge of annuities, insurance, securities, and investment advisory products and services - Preferred
• Basic knowledge of key financial planning topics - Preferred
• Proficient organizational skills
