We're seeking an experienced NPD Strategic Sourcing Professional to partner with Engineering and Operations in bringing innovative products from concept to production. In this highly visible role, you'll develop sourcing strategies, build supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and help ensure successful new product launches.
What You'll Do- Partner with Engineering to identify and qualify suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Develop sourcing strategies that improve cost, quality, and delivery.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting New Product Development (NPD/NPI) programs.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
