Looking for a part-time weekend job with consistent hours and weekly pay? Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Shoreview, MN. This position is ideal for someone looking for extra income, a second job, or weekend work while learning specialized floor care skills. No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location:

Shoreview, MN Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Weekly Pay Every Friday Shift

Schedule:

Friday & Saturday 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM 16 Hours Per Week Consistent Weekend Schedule Great Supplemental Income Opportunity Overnight Shift

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and other floor care equipment
• Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpets
• Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed
• Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous floor care, custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
