Operations Project Manager
The Operations Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing high-priority initiatives that drive operational and strategic outcomes. This role partners closely with leaders to shape, advance, and deliver complex, often ambiguous work, while applying project management discipline to ensure effective execution and results.

PayThe targeted pay range for this job is $90,000 - $100,000 per year. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

EssentialJob Responsibilities
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with up to 2 days a week in our Shoreview, Minnesota office.
Operations Project Manager MinimumRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, or related field
- Three (3) years of experience in healthcare operations, strategic initiatives, project management or related field.
- Experience with value-based care and population health.
- Experience working in a role that requires leading, facilitating and executing projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships
- Demonstrates initiative
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience in senior healthcare operations
