Job DescriptionIn this position, you will be responsible for unloading semis, staging products, and handling products after they have been cut to length. You will gradually learn to operate plasma cutting and cut‑to‑length machines as you become more comfortable. Our company specializes in supplying sheet metal products, cutting them to length, and shipping them to customers. You will support operators with material handling and learn to run various equipment such as the cut‑to‑length line and plasma cutters to process customer orders.
Responsibilities- Unload semis and stage products.

- Learn and operate cut‑to‑length machines and plasma cutters.
- Experience with overhead cranes is a significant advantage.
- Material handling and inventory management skills.
- One year of manufacturing experience.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in sheet metal production and order picking.
- Ability to load and unload products efficiently.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a large, industrial warehouse originally designed to build warships. While the building is old‑school, it provides protection from external elements, though it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter due to constant door activity. The benefits provided outweigh any temperature discomforts. The position involves a full‑time schedule with shifts available from 6 AM to 2:30 PM or 2:20 PM to 12:50 AM, Monday through Thursday.
Off shifts will require training on the first shift for up to one month. Safety training and paperwork are completed on the first day. Steel toe boots with non‑detachable meta‑tarsal covers are required. Enjoy two 15‑minute breaks and one 30‑minute unpaid lunch.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.05/hr.
