Production Manager
A Fiserv Production Manager oversees day-to-day production operations, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, on time and to the required quality standards. This role coordinates people, processes, equipment and materials to meet production targets while continuously improving performance.
What you will do:- Manage operational activities including priorities through supervisors.
- Minimize operational expenditures (e.g., CPWUs) in cost centers.
- Overall team performance to meet or exceed company goals and objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring for team, driving for operational results.
- Ensure team adheres to established policy and procedures.
- 3+ years’ experience in operations/production environment (required).
- 2+ years of previous management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, military, or education (required).
- A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience.
- 12+ months Production/Warehouse Experience in High-Speed Operation or similar.
- A team player that works well with others but can also work independently.
- You will work an assigned schedule of 1st shift Mon-Fri.
- Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays.
- You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.
$75,000.00 - $
These pay ranges apply to employees in Minnesota. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
