Set up DMG Mori Seiki CNC mills for production and prototype work, completing approximately 4–6 setups per day;
Perform low-volume production runs of 25 parts or fewer and support prototype machining for the engineering team;
Handle full machine setup, including work holding, tooling, offsets, and program loading for mills and lathes;
Make program edits using G and M codes to optimize machining operations and ensure parts meet specifications;
Inspect own parts after setup and during production using calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
