This position is located at our Central Facility in Shoreview The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, use good judgement and decision-making skills, have the ability to accomplish a variety of tasks independently, adapt to the workload within a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task, react, and change priorities as needed.
Our Smokehouse is responsible for supporting our meat and deli departments with a variety of meat products. Shift duties would be focused around preparing all types of meat product for shipment to all 11 locations.
Availability Requirements:
Mon – Fri7am-3pmMinimum 32 hours/week Fluctuating end times based on workload
Job Expectations:
Working in a consistently cold environment (35-45 degrees)
Working with raw and cooked meat/seafood
Adhering to strict food safety/sanitation regulations
Constant repetitive motion/standing on feet for long periods of time Proper assembly of all food items
Monitoring product quality
