Interim Health Care of the Twin Cities is seeking a Home Health RN to be on call after hours, triaging patient needs and performing visits in patients' homes when required. This full-time role operates on a 7 days on / 7 days off block, with after-hours coverage from 5pm-8am weekdays and 8am-8am weekends.
