Join Our Team as a Canvassing Representative / Direct Marketing Associate

Renewal by Andersen, the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation, is looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to engage homeowners in local communities. This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000.00 to $ per year, with a starting hourly rate of $20 to $22 and potential bonuses starting at $1,000 biweekly commission, plus $1,000 per four‑week period in an uncapped bonus plan.

• 7‑hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday 12pm – 7pm
• Saturday as needed (weather‑dependent)
• Weekends as needed

• Knock on doors and connect with homeowners to introduce Renewal by Andersen’s window and door solutions.
• Work independently in assigned neighborhoods using company tools to track leads and territory data.
• Represent our brand with professionalism, positivity, and product knowledge.
• Share ideas to improve canvassing strategies and customer engagement.
• Attend team meetings and stay up to date on promotions and best practices.
