A community service organization in Shoreview is looking for a Maintenance Technician II. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of building systems through preventative and predictive maintenance. The technician will perform daily inspections, coordinate maintenance projects, and respond to urgent situations. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, along with a strong skill set in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
