- Greet customers promptly and professionally when they bring their vehicles in for service.
- Listen to customer concerns, assess their needs, and provide accurate service recommendations.
- Prepare and explain estimates for service and repairs clearly and transparently.
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule and monitor vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve problems efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Promote additional services and upsell when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and service processes is a plus.
- Proficient with computer software including service management systems.
- Valid driver’s license.
