Fuel your passion. As a Field Services Specialist, you will be responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' sites/properties. These activities contribute to maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing sold or existing products.

• Handling all activities related to the testing and validation of equipment, facility, or plant in accordance with the design objectives or specifications for operational use.
• Communicating effectively the findings and recommendations via reports and verbal communication.
• Maintaining calibration of specialized tools.
• Handling standardized project processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions.
• Relaying and implementing the processes and procedures frequently updated by other functions.
• Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience with field maintenance ideally in an industrial environment.
• Be mechanically inclined in personal and professional experience.
• Be able to travel 65-80% of the time both by vehicle and air travel depending on location.
• Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office suite and Windows Operating Systems.

Preferred qualifications:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, applied engineering or technology.

• 65% or more travel. You will be paid for travel time as well as overtime if more than 8 hours are worked a day. Travel costs will also be paid.

Salary range: $59,100.00 - $.

Candidates for this role (office‑based/hybrid/remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non‑bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full‑time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits.

You will have a choice of coverage options that best suit your needs. Coverage options and contribution amounts are related to your benefit elections, base salary level, and specific requirements of each of these plans.
