Position Overview
The Production Crew supports event setup and breakdown. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that brings events to life.
Responsibilities- Load and unload vans with event materials and florals
- Transport and set up items at event venues
- Assist with placing centerpieces, candles, and decor
- Follow direction from Lead Designer or team leads
- Assist with breakdown and pack-out at end of events
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
- Comfortable working long event days
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to event locations
