** Job Title
** Assembly Equipment Operator
** Job Overview
** The primary responsibility of the Assembly Equipment Operator is to put-away built/unbuilt assembly product to the proper location, pick product to be assembled and pick chairs to be shipped. Other responsibilities include:
* Count received product to verify inventory accuracy.
* Identify space needs and make appropriate adjustments such as double stack pallets of product to save space using a pallet stacker.
* Relocate staged material to proper locations.
* Use RF scanner to make inventory movement entries.
* Pick product for Cross Dock deliveries.
* Document picked product for assembly stats by builder.
* Audit locations for inventory accuracy.
* Maintain proper appearance of assembly room including:  + Pallets:
Sorted and stacked neatly and safely  + Inspect and maintain electric pallet jacks and pallet stackers
* Observe all the safety requirements of Bob’s Discount Furniture
* All other duties as assigned.

*** High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse atmosphere.
* Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Solid knowledge and competence on RF scanner.
