The Trailer Technician transports restroom and shower trailers to customer locations. This position ensures water, drainage, and electrical are operating at installation time. Trailer Technicians perform maintenance and janitorial needs for trailers throughout the rental period before transporting them back to a United Site Services branch at the end of the rental.

• Conduct daily pre‑shift and post‑shift vehicle inspections, reporting deficiencies to the shop immediately.
• Operate delivery truck to and from pre‑designated work sites based on daily routing information.
• Maintain telephone or radio contact with Hub Manager or Office Administrator to receive additional instructions or changes to work locations.
• Deliver comfort stations to or pick up from event locations, completing setup and breakdown of all equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during delivery, servicing, or pick‑up of comfort stations, including basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC problems.
• Restock paper products, hand sanitizer, soap, etc. in units being serviced and service or repair comfort stations.
• Clean interior and exterior of units.
• Maintain truck logs according to state and federal regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid driver license (CDL with a Class A endorsement).
• Valid forklift certification required.
• Excellent time management, customer service, and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

• Sit while driving and stand while servicing products.
• Use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Repeat the same movements.
• See details of objects that are less than a few feet away and also at greater distance.
• Speak clearly so customers can understand.
• Understand the speech of another person.
• Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them.
• Walk up to 30 minutes at a time without exertion.
• Enter and exit equipment by stepping and kneeling.
• Lift up to 40 lbs from your waist to your shoulders.
• Lift 30 lbs from the floor to your head.
• Crouch and squat.
• Push 100 lbs and pull 100 lbs horizontally.

$22.80 – $31.92 / hour

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job‑related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
